We can perform clinical studies for you internationally in the following countries: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
Flexible structures as well as a sustainable network of experienced study personnel enable us to accompany your study projects in other countries on request. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Invisio provides the same services at home and abroad. Our core business includes the following services: Implementation of clinical studies with Flying Study Nurses, cross-national project management of multicenter studies and optimization of patient recruitment.
We accompany your clinical studies 365 days a year as an interface between sponsors, CROs, physicians and study participants. In other words: We implement your projects in national and/or international test centers, analyze their progress, keep you continuously informed about current interim results, and coordinate closely with you – mostly digitally, but of course also in person for relevant decisions. In addition, we regularly expand our portfolio and network to offer you modern solutions. One example of this is the possibility of digital rounds, which we have developed in collaboration with our partner ClinGenius.
Operational business is conducted from Germany, while the medical study staff is active in the study centers on site and/or at the study participants’ homes. In addition, we work with local project managers in the respective target country who can take over personnel management and train the study staff. It is a matter of course for us that they speak the respective national language at least fluently. In order to be as close to the project and responsive as possible despite the distance, we regularly exchange information with the project managers and other stakeholders, for example in weekly meetings. We also attend important meetings on site. The results from the discussions are incorporated into our reporting to you.
It is in Invisio’s DNA to act flexibly, solution-oriented and adapted to the individual situation. Our agile business model allows us to quickly restructure processes and maintain services. In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, for example, we switched to homecare and cared for study participants at home wherever possible.
We employ only trained study personnel, for whom – nationally and internationally – the same internal guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) apply. Project-specific SOPs and work instructions prepared in collaboration with the sponsors serve as guidelines for study personnel. Sponsors often involve a clinical research organization (CRO) as a monitoring entity. Our quality management complies with the ISO-9001 standard
Invisio Flying Study Nurses have medical training, qualified continuing education, and subject-specific English skills. Clinical research associates and clinical project managers have specialized training. In accordance with legal requirements, the study personnel employed can provide evidence of current IATA and GCP certificates at all times. Furthermore: Those working on international projects must also speak the local language fluently or at a native level.
