MaKayla Zovko’s main tasks in her role as Project Manager at Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting include implementing clinical study projects and multicenter studies for its international business partners. This entails preparing proposals, managing contracts, and selecting study centers, as well as monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to. To ensure that her projects run smoothly and on schedule, MaKayla Zovko coordinates the deployment of Flying Study Nurses and clinical research associates. As the interface between clients, authorities, medical staff, physicians, and study participants, she is the first point of contact for queries for all parties involved.
MaKayla Zovko joined Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting in October 2022, having previously spent several years as a medical monitoring associate and gaining professional experience as a certified pharmaceutical technician. Born in the United States, she graduated with a Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She is currently studying part-time for an MBA, specializing in clinical research management, at the IU International University of Applied Sciences’ Mannheim campus. MaKayla Zovko speaks both English and German.
