Florian Schnabel
Managing Director
Florian Schnabel is the co-founder and managing director of Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting. With his extensive experience in clinical research, he has developed Invisio from a startup into a successful company with a pan-European presence.
Under his leadership, Invisio has introduced innovative solutions to make clinical trials more efficient and flexible. Florian Schnabel focuses on quality and innovation to set new standards in clinical research and continuously drive the company forward.
Christine Duwe-Kraatz
Founder
Christine Duwe-Kraatz withdrew from the operational business and management in 2019. Since then, the certified nurse for anesthesia and intensive care has been advising Invisio.
With her expertise from more than 20 years of study experience, she continues to support our team as needed.
Anne Hendricks
Executive Assistant to CEO
With her commercial training and in-depth experience as an executive assistant, Anne Hendricks provides significant support to the management in their daily operations.
In addition to communicating with business partners and service providers on a regular basis, she is also responsible for numerous organizational tasks. Her responsibilities include coordinating meetings and trips, creating presentations, preparing reports and much more.
Dr. Anne Luzius
Head of Project Management / Prokurist
As Head of Project Management and authorized signatory, Dr. Anne Luzius is responsible for the strategic and operational management of our project management department. She ensures that all projects are implemented efficiently and on time and monitors quality assurance and resource planning. In her role as the central point of contact for our partners and clients, she is responsible for proposal and contract management, coordinating our study nurses and communicating directly with clients and project teams to ensure optimal project implementation.
Dr. Anne Luzius is a PhD in Molecular Biology. She studied biology (BSc and MSc), completing her doctorate at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein Campus Kiel.
Katja Strobel
Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, Katja Strobel is responsible for the strategic development and operational growth of Invisio. She ensures that new business opportunities are efficiently identified and leveraged. Her key tasks include resource planning in the context of new projects. In her role as the central point of contact for potential partners and clients, she manages the proposal process and direct communication with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal business development.
Thanks to her Master's degree in Healthcare Management with a focus on Finance and Controlling, and her extensive experience over the past years as a Project Manager for optimizing costs and processes in the healthcare sector, Katja Strobel brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry and our clients' needs.
Alina Groneberg
Executive Finance and Quality Manager
After her studies in health management, Alina Groneberg worked in the medical sector for several years. She now contributes her diverse experience, particularly in the areas of finance and quality management.
Alina Groneberg is responsible for financial management and controlling. She is also the Quality Management Officer (QMB) and ensures the requirements of our quality management system are met in order to continuously improve our processes at all levels and obtain the relevant certifications.
Leonie Schnabel
Senior Product Owner
After completing her degree in business administration, Leonie Schnabel worked for more than 13 years for one of the leading online shops for premium sports and lifestyle products in Munich. Thanks to this long-term employment, Ms. Schnabel has in-depth knowledge in the areas of online shops, checkout, PIM, and CMS.
Leonie Schnabel brings her extensive e-commerce experience to Invisio as Senior Product Owner. In this role, she is responsible for all activities in product development, such as the internationalization of website content and the implementation of an online customer account.
Vanessa Hoffmann
HR Business Partner
As HR Business Partner, Vanessa Hoffmann is responsible for all human resources activities. This primarily includes personnel administration and personnel development.
After successfully completing her studies in corporate education/HR development, Vanessa Hoffmann has already worked in HR for several years. She uses her in-depth professional experience to implement innovative measures to support our current and future business development. Vanessa Hoffmann makes a decisive contribution to strengthening the professional and personal skills of our team members, motivating them and encouraging long-term loyalty.
MaKayla Zovko
Lead Clinical Project Manager
MaKayla Zovko focuses on the implementation of projects for our international partners. As a direct contact for clients and medical personnel, she is responsible for a smooth and timely project progress.
Previously, she worked for several years as a Medical Monitoring Associate and has professional experience as a certified pharmacy technician.
Christin Goldbaum
Lead Clinical Project Manager
The licensed health and nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Biomedicine has both professional experience as a study nurse and several years of project management experience in the clinical sector.
At Invisio, Christin Goldbaum in charge of national and international study projects as a project manager.
Franziska Preuß
Clinical Project Manager
Franziska Preuß is responsible for the coordination and management of national and international clinical trials in her role as a Clinical Project Manager. With extensive experience in clinical research and project management, she leads study projects with great attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality. A particular focus of her work lies in the close collaboration with selected study personnel, ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of all study processes.
Ms Preuß holds a degree in Molecular Biology. She obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in "Molecular Life Science" from the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein, Campus Lübeck.
Christina Michaloglou
Clinical Project Associate
With over eight years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Patient Safety, and Medical Affairs, Christina Michaloglou brings strong expertise to her role. She supports healthcare professionals throughout onboarding and invoicing, ensuring efficient documentation, clear communication, and accurate data management.
Her structured and reliable approach makes her a valuable partner to both the Project Management Team and Healthcare Professionals.
Christine Breitner
Office Manager
After many years as an Executive Assistant and subsequent advanced training, Christine Breitner has specialized in team management.
With her organizational talent and a keen sense of structure, she ensures that everyday office life runs smoothly. She takes on the planning and coordination of internal processes in the area of office management, looks after external service providers, organizes meetings and ensures a professional reception for our guests.
