Florian Schnabel
Managing Director
Florian Schnabel brings more than 12 years of experience in clinical studies to Invisio. As a commercial director, he is responsible for the holistic project control and thus maintains constant contact with partners and new customers.
As a certified data protection expert, he also advises on the practical implementation of the GDPR in clinical research.
Christine Duwe-Kraatz
Founder
Christine Duwe-Kraatz withdrew from the operational business and management in 2019. Since then, the certified nurse for anesthesia and intensive care has been advising Invisio.
With her expertise from more than 20 years of study experience, she continues to support our team as needed.
Alina Groneberg
Executive Assistant
As a direct contact, Alina Groneberg supports our new customers, partners, and study nurses. After her studies in health management, she worked for several years in the medical field.
Ms. Groneberg now brings her diverse experience primarily to accounting and human resources.
Melina Schillinger
Office Manager
As Office Manager, Melina Schillinger ensures smooth office organization. She also takes on tasks in the areas of accounting and human resources and is the central interface between employees and management.
Melina Schillinger complements the team with her many years of experience as a retail manager and her knowledge of all aspects of HR management.
Christin Goldbaum
Clinical Project Manager
The licensed health and nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Biomedicine has both professional experience as a study nurse and several years of project management experience in the clinical sector.
At Invisio, Christin Goldbaum in charge of national and international study projects as a project manager.
Dr. Anne Luzius
Clinical Project Manager
As a Clinical Project Manager, Dr. Anne Luzius supports our partners and clients. Her responsibilities include offer and contract management, coordination of study nurses, and correspondence with clients and project teams.
Dr. Anne Luzius is a PhD in Molecular Biology. She studied biology (BSc and MSc), completing her doctorate at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein Campus Kiel.
MaKayla Zovko
Clinical Project Manager
MaKayla Zovko focuses on the implementation of projects for our international partners. As a direct contact for clients and medical personnel, she is responsible for a smooth and timely project progress.
Previously, she worked for several years as a Medical Monitoring Associate and has professional experience as a certified pharmacy technician.
Dr. Marcus Kind
Clinical Project Manager
Due to his many years of experience in preclinical and clinical research, Marcus Kind is familiar with the complex aspects of clinical studies. Accordingly, he is responsible for the coordination of medical professionals and contract management with our clients.
Marcus Kind holds a doctorate in biomedicine and is GCP-certified.
Ana Heinen-Ludwig
Clinical Project Associate
As a Clinical Project Associate, Ana Heinen-Ludwig supports the organization and implementation of Europe-wide multicenter studies and is a contact for our clients and study nurses. Furthermore, she takes on tasks in human resource management.
Her studies in business psychology have also given her extensive knowledge in human resource and project management.
Adriana Ritter
Clinical Project Associate
As a Clinical Project Associate, Adriana Ritter takes on various tasks in organizing and implementing Europe-wide multicenter studies. She is accessible as a contact for both our clients and our Flying Study Nurses.
In addition, she undertakes administrative tasks such as documenting Study Nurse deployments and supporting accounting.
