Florian Schnabel
Managing Director
Florian Schnabel is the co-founder and managing director of Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting. With his extensive experience in clinical research, he has developed Invisio from a startup into a successful company with a pan-European presence.
Under his leadership, Invisio has introduced innovative solutions to make clinical trials more efficient and flexible. Florian Schnabel focuses on quality and innovation to set new standards in clinical research and continuously drive the company forward.
Christine Duwe-Kraatz
Founder
Christine Duwe-Kraatz withdrew from the operational business and management in 2019. Since then, the certified nurse for anesthesia and intensive care has been advising Invisio.
With her expertise from more than 20 years of study experience, she continues to support our team as needed.
Anne Hendricks
Executive Assistant to CEO
With her commercial training and in-depth experience as an executive assistant, Anne Hendricks provides significant support to the management in their daily operations.
In addition to communicating with business partners and service providers on a regular basis, she is also responsible for numerous organizational tasks. Her responsibilities include coordinating meetings and trips, creating presentations, preparing reports and much more.
Dr. Anne Luzius
Head of Project Management / Prokurist
As Head of Project Management and authorized signatory, Dr. Anne Luzius is responsible for the strategic and operational management of our project management department. She ensures that all projects are implemented efficiently and on time and monitors quality assurance and resource planning. In her role as the central point of contact for our partners and clients, she is responsible for proposal and contract management, coordinating our study nurses and communicating directly with clients and project teams to ensure optimal project implementation.
Dr. Anne Luzius is a PhD in Molecular Biology. She studied biology (BSc and MSc), completing her doctorate at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein Campus Kiel.
Alina Groneberg
Executive Finance and Quality Manager
After her studies in health management, Alina Groneberg worked in the medical sector for several years. She now contributes her diverse experience, particularly in the areas of finance and quality management.
Alina Groneberg is responsible for financial management and controlling. She is also the Quality Management Officer (QMB) and ensures the requirements of our quality management system are met in order to continuously improve our processes at all levels and obtain the relevant certifications.
MaKayla Zovko
Clinical Project Manager
MaKayla Zovko focuses on the implementation of projects for our international partners. As a direct contact for clients and medical personnel, she is responsible for a smooth and timely project progress.
Previously, she worked for several years as a Medical Monitoring Associate and has professional experience as a certified pharmacy technician.
Christin Goldbaum
Clinical Project Manager
The licensed health and nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Biomedicine has both professional experience as a study nurse and several years of project management experience in the clinical sector.
At Invisio, Christin Goldbaum in charge of national and international study projects as a project manager.
Dr. Gaia Gentile
Clinical Project Manager
Dr. Gaia Gentile leverages her expertise in biomedical research, project management and quality assurance to drive clinical trials and healthcare innovation as Clinical Project Manager.
With a Ph.D. in Biology, a TÜV-certified Quality Representative training and extensive experience in managing complex projects, Gaia Gentile plays a critical role in our team.
Stephanie Graca
Clinical Project Manager
Stephanie Graca utilizes her skills as a Clinical Project Manager, drawing on her professional experience as a Study Nurse and Clinical Trial Manager in the field of clinical studies for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
With a Master of Science in Clinical Trial Management and certification as a Clinical Affairs Manager, she combines her expertise in both project management and study design and execution.
Ana Heinen-Ludwig
Clinical Project Associate
As a Clinical Project Associate, Ana Heinen-Ludwig supports the organization and implementation of Europe-wide multicenter studies and is a contact for our clients and study nurses. Furthermore, she takes on tasks in human resource management.
Her studies in business psychology have also given her extensive knowledge in human resource and project management.
Melina Schillinger
Office Manager
As Office Manager, Melina Schillinger ensures smooth office organization. She also takes on tasks in the areas of accounting and human resources and is the central interface between employees and management.
Melina Schillinger complements the team with her many years of experience as a retail manager and her knowledge of all aspects of HR management.
