Invisio wishes you a Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year 2023

Dear business partners,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trusting cooperation over the past months. The effects of the coronavirus pandemic have clearly demonstrated that trust is a valuable asset for overcoming sudden challenges.

Looking back, 2022 has been a successful year for Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting. We achieved our goals as planned, increased our personnel numbers, and were able to expand our portfolio. Above all, we succeeded once again in realizing a large number of projects in Germany and in other European countries. The gradual end to the pandemic restrictions also contributed to this, making it easier for both our international study personnel and study participants to gain access to test centers and allowing more clinical study projects to be implemented in local practices and clinics again. Projects that had been paused were restarted, and new projects were initiated. This was coordinated by our new project managers, Christin Goldbaum and MaKayla Zovko, from the second half of the year. Invisio reached another milestone with the launch of its first online course in the summer and has since offered internal training to become a Flying Study Nurse. Our first Invisio intern has been working with us since the end of the year. Furthermore, in August we passed the re-audit for the quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001:15 and optimized our internal processes in this regard.

Nonetheless, we do not wish to rest on our laurels. One of our top priorities is to continue to grow and to develop new European markets. Among other things, we are planning to implement clinical trial projects in Bulgaria and Sweden for the first time. Both the project management team and the pool of Flying Study Nurses and CRAs will be expanded to cope with the additional workload. Being able to participate in-person in various industry meetings this year, including Bionnale 2022 and the DACH Symposium, has shown us that personal discussions are essential for exchanging ideas and expanding our network. For this reason, Invisio will also be present as a participant and sponsor at various trade fairs in 2023, including DGPharMed, BioVaria, OCT (OUTSOURCING IN CLINICAL TRIALS EUROPE), and Bionnale. If you would like to visit one of the trade fairs and talk to us, please make an appointment in advance.

For several years, Invisio has chosen to support social projects in place of sending cards or small gifts to our study nurses and business partners during Advent. This year, we are sticking to this cherished tradition and are supporting the Evangelische Schifferkinderheim Mannheim e.V. for the first time. The association helps children, adolescents, and their relatives with educational as well as therapeutic needs.
On behalf of all of us at Invisio Clinical Studies Consulting, I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and happy, successful, and healthy New Year.
